1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
  • Certain products, such as custom orders, software licenses, and consumable items (e.g., batteries, electrodes, etc.) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable for items that are returned within 30 days of purchase and meet our return eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • For products purchased through third-party platforms or distributors, returns and refunds must be processed through the original point of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Opened or used medical equipment.
  • Custom-built or special-order items.
  • Software, unless found to be faulty or incompatible.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@gmedical.se within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping fees, upon receipt and inspection of the defective product.

5. Repair & Maintenance Services

  • Refunds for repair and maintenance services are only applicable if the service was not rendered as described or if there is a significant issue with the work performed.
  • If you are unsatisfied with a service, contact our support team at service@gmedical.se within 7 days of the service completion to discuss a resolution.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at returns@gmedical.se with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely and include your RAN inside the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • In cases where shipping costs are applicable, original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are permitted for defective or damaged products only.
  • For exchanges, please contact our support team, and we will arrange for the return of the defective product and the shipment of a replacement.

9. Cancellations
